River Country, as a diverse and vibrant organization, is a key player for providing the best assistance needed for building strong rural and urban communities and economies.

Statement of Purpose:

The River Country RC&D Council Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that brings people and resources together to address issues and opportunities, in order to conserve our natural resources, provide sustainability and improve the quality of life for the people who live and work in the River Country Area.

River Country Resource Conservation and Development (RC&D) Council is a non-profit 501 (c)3 tax exempt organization that initiates and facilitates wise use of natural, human and economic resources.
